This is a tag that I think everyone should do... It is so fun to remember how you and the love of your life came to be.

1. Where did you meet? We met in Karl's room in the Sessions Dorm at the College of Eastern Utah.

2. What was the first thought that went through your head when you met? I really don't remember. I think I just thought he was a pretty cool guy that I'd like to be friends with, but that is just a guess.

3. Do you remember what he/she was wearing? Clothes, of course...lol

4. Where was the first time you kissed this person? In my dorm on my livinig room couch at like 4:00 in the morning. (It's funny that I remember this so well, but not a whole lot about when we met.)

5. Where did you go for your first date? I believe our first date was to the Valentine's dance or it was when he took me to see the Matrix Reloaded. We did both about the same time, I don't remember which one came first.

6. When were you officially a couple? It was about a month or two after we first met.

7. How did he/she ask you out? Umm.... we both just decided to go out together. Neither one really asked the other out.

8. Has this person ever proposed to you? Hahaha... Nope, he never did propose to me, but I married him any way.

9. Do you and this person have kids together? Not yet... next year maybe. We do have several pets who we consider our kids. (pathetic I know)

10. Have you ever broken the law with this person? If I tell you, I'll have to kill you....

11. When was the first time you realized that you liked this person? At his Christmas party he had in his dorm room. About 2 days after we met.

12. Do you get along with his family? I sure do. They love me. :)

13. Do you trust this person? With my life.

14. Do you see him as your partner in your future? No Way.... LOL... of course. He'll be my partner in crime for forever.

15. What is the best gift he gave you? Joe's given me so many wonderful gifts. He's the best gift giver I've ever met, but I'll have to say Him. (I'm gonna stick with this answer everyone else gives, because its true)

16. What is one thing He does that gets on your nerves? He become oblivous to everything around him when he's watching TV or a movie.

17. Where do you see each other 15 years from now? Living in the middle of no where (because that's where the dinosaur bones are) with 3 kids and about 10 pets. LOL

18. What causes the most arguments? We don't really have arguments... except when I make stupid mistakes.

19. How long have you been together? 6 years

20. Are you Married? Yes, and have been for 2 1/2 years.

Two Weddings and a Funeral....

So really it was just 2 weddings... a night in Africa and a day of fossil hunting. That is how my past 5 days have been, plus a couple of days of work.
To start off the 2 weddings were for my friends Karl and my little sister Kellie. Both weddings were wonderful and it was fun to see the happy couples. For their gifts I put together little gift baskets. I think they turned out pretty good. What do you think? But my creativeness died at the idea of the baskets that I ended up just making them the same.

After a busy weekend with the weddings and work. Joe and I decided to kick start his spring break by running away to Africa for a night. We enjoyed the big screen TV and the big bubbler tub and it was perfect way to end the hectic weekend. Unfortunately we forgot to take pictures, but if you would like to see Africa just click here.

After we left Africa, we met up with two of my sisters and their boys and took them fossil hunting. As some of you may know Joe is going to school to be a Paleontologist and so he thought it would be fun for our nephews to go out and find some of their own fossils. The boys had a blast and they all left with a small collection of Crinoids.

Here are some pictures of the fossils hunt:

Some bits and pieces of shell stuck in the rock.

It's hard to tell, but there are small pieces of Crinoids in the rock.

You did what?

So for the past three days I have been without internet. It all started Friday evening, we had just got home from our date night and I went to go check my email. For some reason I couldn't get it to work, but Joe had been using it earlier that day. So me geting frustrated I call up Comcast to see get it fix. After about 15 minutes of unplugging this and unpluggin that, they told me that my modem has most likely stopped working and that I needed to take it to a service station and have it traded out.

So Saturday morning we go and get a new modem and we had a bunch of other things going on that day, so it was that evening about 10 when we finally got home to try out the new modem. Surprise, surprise it didn't work either! Now I was really getting mad, but it was late and I was tired, so I said I'd call Comcast again on Sunday.

Now it's Sunday, still no internet and so I call them up and tell them that I called a few days earlier and went yesterday and got a new modem and my internet still not working. They said that they were going to have to send out a technician. Ok, the technician will be by sometime between 1-5 on Monday. I hate that they just give you a time frame, why can't they make actually appointments like they will be there at 2. It's annoying having to wait around for hours for someone to come and they don't show up till the last minute.

Anyway.... Now it's monday and the technician shows up and it turns out that Friday Comcast sent out someone to go through our aparment complex and disconnect any cable/internet that wasn't tagged, because a lot of people have stealling it. Well, for some reason ours wasn't tagged, even though we are paying customers, so off goes our internet. Now I'm really, really frustrated with them. I spent all that time on the phone and going and getting a new modem and all this time it was their mistake. At least they won't be charging me for sending the tech because it was their mistake, thank goodness.

Well, anyway... I just needed to vent for a minute. Thanks for reading. Oh a more happier note, on our date night, Friday, Joe bought me a couple of roses and I couldn't resist taking a picture since he hardly ever gets me flowers. He much rather buy me things like clothes that I can use and don't die a few days later.

P.S. I've only had one person so far comment on my Something For You giveaway. It's about 3 posts before this one. 4 more people can comment and I'll send you something. Thank you Courtnie for your comment and I will try and get your item made and sent to you soon.
